every Sunday Looe Lions Car Boot Sale @ West Wayland
The Looe Lions Car Boot Sale takes place every Sunday morning (subject to weather conditions) throughout the summer months (June to September) mid way between Looe & Polperro at West Wayland next to the camping and caravaning holiday camp. The official open hours are 08:00 to 12:00 although many regular sellers arrive from 06:30. The location is rural with extensive sea views adding to the enjoyment of the occasion.  More info:

15 & 16 June Massive Attack plus Young Fathers at The Eden Sessions
In a major coup for the Sessions, Massive Attack will be playing their only UK outdoor shows of 2018 at Eden next summer.

Hailing from Bristol with 3D and Daddy G as core members, Massive Attack have brought together singers and musicians from a broad array of genres to forge a unique sound and a catalogue of all-time classic tracks. Across their five highly acclaimed studio albums – Blue Lines, Protection, Mezzanine, 100th Window and Heligoland – this ground-breaking act has built a huge influence on the development of contemporary music.

Don’t miss the chance to see their spectacular live show, with our Biomes providing an awe-inspiring backdrop to their epic sound. These gigs promise to be some of the most memorable in Sessions history!

Come and enjoy Liskeard Food & Craft Market in the Public Hall, Liskeard. We have over 20 stalls of locally produced foods including vegetables, bread, cakes, cider and dairy products, and a wide variety of handmade crafts such as cards, art work, jewellery, lamp shades, photography and knitwear…there’s something lovely for everyone! Refreshments are available throughout the morning.

In a first event of its kind at Eden, this is a one-day version of the award-winning grass roots festival Beautiful Days.

23 - 24 June Midsummer Dance at Sterts Theatre, Upton Cross
Midsummer Dance 18, celebrates the life of local dance artist Marcia Pook, with a vibrant showcase of dance from professional dance artists and companies. Curated by Lois Taylor and in the spirit of Marcia, expect a playful, adventurous and entertaining collection of dance works each creative and individual, which put together make an evening to excite and enjoy.

We are delighted to include in the programme for 2018, widely acclaimed Cape Alley by the Trash Dollys described as” mesmerising, innovative and highly entertaining.” Tickets £8, concession £6.

On Sunday, our youth dance platform presents the very best youth dance companies and fizzes with the energy and talent of local young dancers.
