Sue and John Duffy welcome you to Ye Olde Plough House Inn
Ye Olde Plough House Inn, "The Plough" in Duloe near Looe has the best of both
worlds - nestling in the heart of the Cornish countryside and yet only
three miles from the seaside town of Looe on the southwest coast. A
long established building dating back to the late 18th century and a
public house in 1906, it was then used as a residence, but was
re-established as a pub only some 25 years ago. Classed as a
traditional ‘Olde worlde’ pub it boasts slate floors, settles and
old church pews, beamed ceilings and general rustic charm.
Whether wanting a quiet drink, a meal with
friends or just a light snack The Plough offers a friendly, warm and
inviting atmosphere. In 2003 it was awarded Best Food Pub in the
South West by the local tourism office. |
