We offer an exciting selection of custom designed Cornish Food Tours and ‘Hands On’ Cornish Food Adventures which are both uniquely designed to offer you the very best that Cornwall has to offer, up close and personal. If you prefer to sit back, relax and take in all that this amazing county Cornwall has to offer, then the ‘food tours’ are for you. If you want to get your hands dirty and sharpen your culinary skills then the ‘hands on’ food adventures are definitely your choice. Like the experiences themselves, the transport, accommodation and insight provided is of the highest quality available, the ultimate experience and they are all exclusively hosted by Chef Nick Barclay, up close and personal. Unlike all the other tours and classes out there, we go when you want to. Arrange a date with your friends and give us an idea when you’d like to do it! Please check the availability calendar to avoid disappointment. TOURS (All tours and adventures are based on a minimum of 4 guests, maximum 8). T1. Mystery tour of Looe and South East Cornwall. Full day mystery tour visiting local food producers, growers and suppliers hosted by CNB with lunch along the way. Transport and lunch included. £155 per person. With 4 course dinner and wine in the evening hosted by CNB at one of his favourite restaurants. £250 per person. T2. Camel Valley Vineyard Tour. Afternoon and early evening tour including lunch with CNB on the way to Camel Valley and then the ‘gold package’ grand tasting with the winemaker. Transport and lunch included. £135 per person. With 4 course dinner and wine in the evening hosted by CNB. £230 per person. T.3 Ultimate Cornish Food Weekend Tour. Arrive Friday night and join CNB for dinner at one of his favourite haunts (surprise!) Depart Saturday morning for full day food tour visiting local food producers, growers and suppliers hosted by CNB with lunch along the way. Dinner and wine on the Saturday night at a top Cornish restaurant with CNB. On Sunday morning its chill time, papers and brunch with CNB, a swift walk on cliff tops before departing for home. £595 per person. (Accommodation extra, which can be happily arranged) ‘HANDS ON’ HO1. ‘Buy and Try’ Tour of Looe and South East Cornwall. A full day tour visiting local food producers, growers and suppliers in the area. We will pick up supplies along the way which we’ll then use to prepare dinner on our return. Hosted by CNB with lunch along the way. Transport, lunch and dinner included. £395 per person. HO2. ‘Preparation, Dinner and Conversation with Chef Nick Barclay’ (at your venue) Enjoy a couple of hours in the kitchen with ‘hands-on’ preparation for dinner with Chef Nick. While you relax a little and change for dinner Nick will lay the table, enjoy cocktails before dinner and conversation during and after dinner. £250 per person. H03. Bread Making with Master Artisan Baker Linda Tonkin of Blue Mango Drive down to Truro with CNB to take part in a full day ‘hands on’ international bread making class featuring how to make Focaccia, Pizza, Grissini, Bagels and rustic bread. Light lunch included. Drinks and dinner in Truro after class with CNB and return journey. £395 per person.
